Self-Sabotage sucks.

Everything about it blows, from how it shows up in your life to the consequences of it.

If you find yourself repeatedly asking questions like,

“Why do I keep doing this?”

“How does this keep happening to me?”

You’re suffering from self-sabotage. You’re getting in your own way.

Fortunately, since you’re the one getting in your own way — you can get out of your own way.

Self-sabotaging behaviors are behaviors that worked for you at one point in your life. But now that you’ve evolved and circumstances have changed, they no longer work.

It’s a pattern -& patterns can be broken.

3 Tips to Break Free of Self-Sabotage:

Identify It: You can’t manage an unknown. You need to identify areas in your life where what you may think is acceptable behavior is actually destroying your efforts. Self-Sabotage manifests in several different ways:

Perfectionism, sharing ideas with people who don’t support you, not going all the way, always blaming others, overplanning, perpetual learning w/o taking action, to name a few.
