A Transformative Question to Unleash Your Full Potential

One of the most impactful questions you’ll ever ask yourself comes from the author and my friend Kamal Ravikant,

“Ask yourself: what is it, that if I believed it down to my core, would change everything?”

It’s not an easy question to tackle, and I found the answer inside my imprisoning beliefs — and I know you will as well.

Unworthiness and inadequacy have been my shadows since around the age of 7. I’ve done considerable inner work around both of them, but the more my life expands, the more old wounds appear.

So, for me, the answer to the question becomes,

“I am worthy” and “I am enough.”

When I believe, not just intellectually but emotionally (emotionally is where true transformation occurs), that I am worthy and enough, my life grows exponentially.

Look to your own imprisoning beliefs.

Whether unworthiness or inadequacy, feeling incapable, perfectionism, feeling too old, too young, or not talented enough, I’ll never be, and you’ll find the answer you’ve been seeking.

It’s a journey, and Kamal’s question is crucial to making it well.
