Here’s Simple Exercise to Improve the Harmony of Your Life
What’s your overall GPA?
Not in school, in life.
If you were to break down the different areas of a well-balanced and meaningful life, how would you fare?
Men tend to focus predominantly on their careers, often to the detriment of other areas in their lives.
And as we get older, we begin to feel as though something is missing, but we can’t quite put our finger on it.
So we double down on our career, thinking this will fill the void, but it only reinforces that something is missing.
And so we double down again, but maybe this time it’s a convertible, a fancy watch, an affair, or enter an addiction.
Anything to fill the void.
It’s a vicious cycle.
Fortunately, cycles are meant to be broken.
And one of the first steps you can take is to grade your life.
Because the fact is, you can’t manage what you can’t see.
