How to Become the Sculptor of Your Second Half

The first half of our lives are all about acquisition.

As we age, this constant chase leaves us empty and unfulfilled.

Coupled with our intrinsic and ever-expanding desire to live a meaningful life, we find ourselves at a crossroads.

Acquisition no longer provides the same reward.

A critical component to reinventing our extraordinary second half is the antithesis of acquisition; it’s subtraction.

It’s about stripping away the beliefs that no longer serve us and finding who we truly are.

A rich, fulfilling, meaningful second half is the embodiment of the Michelangelo quote,

“Every block of stone has a statue inside it, and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it.”

Be the sculptor of your second half.

My memoir, “Blank Canvas, How I Reinvented My Life After Prison” is available on Amazon.

“Blank Canvas” is for anyone trapped in prison cells of unworthiness, inadequacy, shame, regret, and fear who want to free themselves so they can reinvent their lives with courage, purpose, meaning, freedom, and peace.
