You rewire your brain from scarcity to abundance. You change your mindset.
Borrowing a concept from James Altucher, write down 10 things you are grateful for every day and make sure they are different from the day before.
Go deep, explore, go beyond what you find on the surface. Ask yourself, “why?” you are grateful- this is where the real magic of the practice begins.
