How Will You Ever Be Worthy Of The Extraordinary If You Deny Yourself Joy?

One of the critical elements to rebuilding and Reinventing my life after prison was the cultivation and development of what I call my foundation.

I didn’t feel like I had a foundation before making the choice that landed me in prison, so it felt very intuitive for me to create this foundation.

I knew I need something that the rest of my life was built on, and I knew I needed to create something that would be there if and when life falls apart again.

You can’t build anything without a foundation.

My foundation took shape through a tremendous amount of introspection and analyzing why I made those terrible choices.

I trust myself

I am worthy

I am enough

I love myself

I accept myself

With these five components, I genuinely believe that anyone can create whatever they want in their lives.

I’ve been discussing self-trust quite a bit lately, and now I’m going to shift to self-worth.

Self-worth is so critically important to creating the life you want to live.
