More men than ever are expressing vulnerability and transparency online around the struggles in their lives.

They’re sharing that they’re financially successful but woefully unfulfilled.

They share that they’re stuck in their career, romantic relationships, and life.

But more importantly, they’re sharing how they got themselves unstuck.

These stories light the path for others.

Paradigm Shift in Beliefs:

• Purpose, meaning, fulfillment, and ultimately inner peace and emotional freedom are becoming more important than chasing money, titles, and the next shiny status symbol.

If work doesn’t provide purpose, meaning, and fulfillment, it’s incumbent on the individual to create it for themselves.

• Men are beginning to understand asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of courage.
