New Years’ or Monday Are Not Magical Days That Make the Voices of Doubt and Fear Vanish

Waiting for the “right” time to take action reinforces 2 limiting beliefs.

  • That you’re not worthy, at this moment, of what you desire.
  • You don’t trust yourself to take action.

Putting things off until the “right” time or the “right” day (New Year or Monday) chips away from your ability to take action.

It’s saying that I need something else to take place before I can take action.

Delaying what you want is telling yourself that you’re not enough and not worthy of it right now. You take away from your inherent wholeness.

New Years’ or Monday are not magical days that will make the voices of Doubt and Fear vanish.

If anything, putting something you want, something that scares you, off only exacerbates the voices of Doubt and Fear.

Intuitively I knew I had to face my fears, and my 1st Fear was easy to identify.

Public Speaking

I’d love to say that I tackled it as soon as I walked out of prison. That I faced it…
