One Simple Question to Break Free From Life on Autopilot

Recently I’ve been looking at the practices I do regularly, some daily, some throughout the week.

Cold showers, meditation, journaling, writing ten ideas a day, writing, working out, hiking, beach walks, etc.

I enjoy these activities, and I get a great deal from them.
