Reset Your Life: Discovering The Sublime In Simplicity
The power of simplicity and the sublime.
After prison, I’d take the subway from Brooklyn to Grand Central, then the Metro-North to CT, and then walk 40 minutes just to come to this place.
I’d do the same thing every time I arrived: stare at the horizon.
I was struggling to reinvent myself from rock bottom, and even in the face of that monumental challenge, I felt satiated standing on the shore.
All my fears, shame, self-doubt, and guilt dissipated in the face of infinite glory, while simultaneously, presence, happiness, and joy filled me.
It was an instant reset.
Before prison, I always thought the answer was more, more, more, and busted my ass to get it, and all it ever did was leave me feeling empty and chasing more.
It took losing everything to understand more isn’t the answer, but instead, creating the simple and sublime.

I help individuals connect with their authentic selves and unleash their full potential so they can discover their life calling and live extraordinary lives of joy, purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
My memoir, “Blank Canvas, How I Reinvented My Life After Prison” is available on Amazon.
James Altucher, best-selling author of Skip the Line, Choose Yourself and Reinvent Yourself had this to say about “Blank Canvas.”
“Craig has lived a story NOBODY would ever want to live. I was riveted to each page because I kept asking myself, “How would I handle this?” and I didn’t know the answers. Craig takes us into hell, and then we ride with him on the journey back. Great story, great writing, great human being.”
