Shrinking Problems, Growing Potential: The Art of Feeling Small to Play Big

I love standing on the beach and staring at the horizon.

I love standing at the top or bottom of a waterfall after a heavy rain.

I love being in the woods, disconnected from the world, not a soul around; the only sounds are nature’s symphony.

I love all this for many reasons; all three align with my personal operating system, and they remind me of how small I really am.

There’s a lot of talk about playing big — and it’s required to create extraordinary lives.

My desire to remind myself of my smallness is one of the ways I expand further into my infinite potential (I believe our mental, emotional, and spiritual potential is unlimited.)

Feeling small allows me to play big.

Reminding myself of my smallness shrinks all my problems, issues, imprisoning beliefs, fears, self-doubt, and feeling like an impostor.

What may have been a mountain is now an anthill.

I’m small in front of a mountain and huge in front of an anthill.
