Unleashing Your Full Potential: The Mid-Life Challenge to Go Beyond Success

At the midpoint of our lives, we develop a sense that something’s missing.

It’s not the external markers of success; we’ve checked those boxes.

It’s more significant than that.

We’re leaving our deepest potential on the table.

There’s more to our inherent ability that we’re not tapping into.

We’re more than our job and the skills we bring to it, and we understand we’ve only been using those skills one way — when they can be a Swiss army knife.

The level of regret we experience at the end of our lives is directly proportional to the amount of our potential we leave on the table.

We must tap into our previously untapped potential to create profound, rich, mission-driven second acts of meaning and fulfillment.

One practice (that I started in prison) and still do to this day comes from James Altucher.

Write 10 Ideas a Day

They can be business ideas, book ideas, or inventions you’d like to see created; it doesn’t matter.

And they don’t have to be good ideas; that’s not the point.
