What If Fear Was Actually a Compass That Pointed You to The Life You Want to Create?

Where do you want to go?

Fear can be paralyzing. Or it can be liberating.

It’s our choice.

How do we frame it?

Too often, we don’t move forward with a dream or a passion because we’re afraid of what MAY happen.

“What if it fails?”

“What if it’s a major success, and now I’m going to be seen and heard?

“What if people judge me?”

What if I’m criticized?”

We look to courage and confidence to work through these fears, to take the first step, and yes, these are critical — but it goes deeper than just courage and confidence.

Because when we’re afraid of what MAY happen, what we’re doing is telling ourselves that we won’t be able to handle the outcome we fear.

We’re judging the future version of ourselves; how do we know how we’re going to handle something?

Yes, we need courage and confidence to create the life we want to live — to go after our dreams and passions — but where do courage and confidence come from?

Courage and confidence are natural by-products of Self-Trust.
