Why There’s Extraordinary Power in Setting Big Audacious Goals

I’ve set an audacious goal for myself.

Like, a massive, moonshot type of goal.

A goal that most people would say is:

Foolish
Impossible
That’s idiotic
A waste of time
Will never happen
Why even bother?
Absolutely ridiculous

Hell, there’s a part of me that acknowledges it’s ludicrous.

If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be a moonshot.

I won’t be sharing the goal with anyone for now, and my post on Thursday will explain why I won’t be sharing it — and why you shouldn’t share your goals too early, either.

This post is about another aspect of big audacious goals (B-A-G).

Formula 1 races last around 90 minutes, with the primary goal to cross the finish line first.

With all the factors involved in racing and about 20 cars vying for 1st place, it’s an audacious goal.

Driving a Formula 1 car is an act of brutality, both mentally and physically.

Physically: The temperatures in the car can reach 40 degrees celsius (104F), and the G-forces drivers endure…
