You Nourish Your Body to Stay Alive, What About Nourishing Your Soul so You Can Live?
Food is fuel for our physical bodies.
We require a certain amount of food and water to fuel our bodies so we can live our lives.
Nothing groundbreaking there.
If we go an extended amount of time without food or water (beyond intermittent fasting), we may experience lightheadedness, brain fog, lethargy, and a myriad of other symptoms.
If we go long enough without either (especially water), we die.
Sometimes we grab a quick bite; other times, we prepare or go out for exquisite meals.
Either way, eating is a default part of our day to keep ourselves alive.

This desire is intrinsic to us; it’s woven into the fabric of our souls.
We must nourish our soul if we want to move beyond merely existing and begin to live and flourish.
Because if you’re not feeding your soul regularly, you won’t experience the symptoms…
