Your Brain’s Survival Mode: Navigating the Path to Success
Here’s a fun little fact:
The future possibility of success is as real as the future possibility of failure you’re so scared of.
Allow that truth to sink in for a moment. And allow yourself to feel it.
Here’s something wickedly essential to remember as you embark on creating something new in your life.
You’re leaving your comfort zone, and when you leave your comfort zone, your brain goes into survival mode.
Hence all the fears.
Your brain is trying to keep you safe in your status quo.
But those fears?
They are your imagination. They are a future that hasn’t happened yet.
Those fears are something that MAY happen.
Not what’s going to happen.
You don’t know what will happen because you haven’t even started yet.
So, the possibility of success is as every bit real as the possibility of failure.
